Welcome to the new Black Ladle

Well, it’s been a long time between blogs, but Black Ladle is back.

You may notice a few changes. For one, the site has been migrated to the WordPress platform and given a slick new look.

But perhaps most importantly, Black Ladle will now function solely as a guide to artisan food and drink producers in South-East Queensland. The old entries from the previous incarnation of the website have been brought over, and I will be adding new entries to each section over the coming weeks to make Black Ladle into a comprehensive and up to date listing of local producers. In addition, these entries will eventually be fleshed out with producer profiles and interviews. So please continue to check back from time to time.

To celebrate the relaunch of Black Ladle, I have two double passes to the Brisbane Good Food & Wine Show (17-19 October) to be giveaway! The list of producers attending this year is bigger than ever, and there is an entire section devoted to cheese!
